Refund policy

Changing your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Unopened pouches can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Once a pouch has been opened we can't take it back for hygiene reasons.

To cancel, email hello@blandfoods.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll reply with the address to send your unopened pouches to. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Cancelling before dispatch
If your order hasn't been sent yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send anything back.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. If you haven't seen it within 10 working days, email hello@blandfoods.co.uk.

Your statutory rights
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
