OVERVIEW
Welcome to BLÄND. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BLÄND. Our business details are on our Contact page. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These terms, together with the policies referred to in them (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
To use the Services or make a purchase, you may be asked for information such as your email address and your billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that this information is correct, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look different depending on your screen.
We may update product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is shown in error. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Your purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which sets out your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order and confirmed in your order email.
We may change prices and promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted. Promotions may have their own terms; if they conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. See our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video and design, are owned by BLÄND or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any material from the Services without our written permission.
The BLÄND name, logo, designs and slogans are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission. Shopify's name and marks belong to Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms and policies before using them.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, but any purchase you make is made directly with BLÄND. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BLÄND. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases from BLÄND.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY
All personal information we collect is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify under its own privacy policy.

SECTION 10 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, reproduce, publish and display it in any medium, including for promotional purposes, without payment. You confirm your feedback is your own, is accurate, and does not break any law or anyone else's rights. We may edit or remove feedback at our discretion.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS
Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors, including in descriptions, prices or availability. We may correct errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Services to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, harass or harm others, send spam, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, scrape or copy the Services, use automated tools or AI agents to access the Services, or bypass any security measures. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.

SECTION 13 - AUTOMATED AGENTS
Any software that acts on someone's behalf without direct supervision (an "Agent") must identify itself as an Agent in its user agent string, must not disguise itself as a human or bypass measures designed to tell humans and computers apart, and must stop accessing the Services if we ask it to. We may limit Agent access by technical means.

SECTION 14 - ENDING THESE TERMS
We may end your access to the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property, feedback, liability and governing law, will continue to apply.

SECTION 15 - OUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
We provide the Services as they are and do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

SECTION 16 - OUR LIABILITY
Subject to Section 15, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

SECTION 17 - YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
If you break these Terms or the law and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from that claim.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and us for use of the Services.

SECTION 20 - TRANSFER
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to another business, and this will not reduce your rights.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.

SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
