Cancellation policy

We don't currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders or try before you buy. Every order is a one-off purchase.

Cancelling before dispatch
If your order hasn't been sent yet, email hello@blandfoods.co.uk with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Cancelling after dispatch
Once your order has been sent, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery. Unopened pouches can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Once a pouch has been opened we can't take it back for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for how returns work.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your statutory rights
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
