Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs
Free on orders of £30 and over.
£2.95 on orders under £30.

How long it takes
We pack orders within 2 to 3 working days and send them by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Delivery times are estimates. Royal Mail delays are outside our control, but if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll sort it.

Lost parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it goes missing, we'll replace or refund it.
